Mocktails can be an awesome way to enjoy summer gatherings but still feel great in your body! Today I walk you through some of my favorite versions.
Kiwi Refresher:
- 3 Kiwi
- 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Lime
- 5-10 Mint Leaves
- 1 Cup Sparkling Water
- 1/2 Cup Ice
Blend Kiwi, maple syrup, mint leaves & lime in blender until smooth (optional straining of mixture to remove seeds). Pour 1/2 mixture into a glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
Cantaloupe Refresher:
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cantaloupe
- 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Limes
- 1 Cup Sparkling Water
Blend cantaloupe, maple syrup and limes together until smooth. Pour half mixture into a glass topped with sparkling water. Optional mint leaf.
Cherry Limeade
- 1 Cup Sparkling Water
- 1/4 Cup Tart Cherry Juice
- 1 Lime
Combine all ingredients and top with optional mint leaf.
Fruit Infused Water
- 1/2 Gallon Water
- 1 Sliced Apple
- 1 Sliced Lemon
Place sliced lemon and apple in water and steep 30 minutes to overnight.
